This sound like CR6829059, which has been fixed in b119.

I jumped on the bandwagon and tried to setup MPIO on Win2k8 x64.
I get the same issue described by others above. If I connect to 2
targets with MPIO, I don't show any volumes.
I'm on b117, I don't have access to any win2k3 boxes anymore to see if
the behavior has changed in Win2k8.
