On OpenSolaris snv_117 I have a system with two NICs, on different subnets. One
using MTU=9000 and the other 1500. When creating a simple ISCSI target using
COMSTAR or iscsitgt, the target is not always listening on both NICs. Sometimes
it's one or the other, and occasionally both.

It is confusing why this is happening as I am following the basic guides. I'm
not trying to do multipathing, link aggregation, target port groups, host
groups, etc.

As an aside, I am getting poor performance with an ISCSI ZVOL. I can get
100MB/s over CIFS but only about 50MB/s over COMSTAR ISCSI with the Microsoft
Initiator and the Open-iscsi Linux initator. I am trying iscsitgt to see if
there is any difference, which will allow me to try the starport initiator.
I've read the other threads on poor iscsi performance, but there doesn't seem
to be must resolution in general.

I am grateful for any suggestions,
John
