Just having a quick look at the capture file. Packet #91 is a TCP 'ACK' packet, no payload, so only size 54 at the Ethernet level. The 'Win=65535' is the advertised TCP Window size.
There is a long delay between packets #32 and #33 of 0.003760 seconds, where it seems to wait for a response following a 'scsi Read(16)'. In WireShark, try 'Statistics > TCP Stream graph > Time-sequence graph (Stevens)' Out of spare time for now...
