Update - I tried 2009.06 that didn't work.  I had an old svn_107 DVD so as a 
last resort I installed that.  Works perfectly.  I don't know in the later 
versions there is an issue with the Emulex driver or COMSTAR.  Maybe it is just 
my hardware since I haven't seen any issues on the forums.
