Note that as a result of a conversation I had with the DDRdrive vendor
today, the DDRdrive work has been withdrawn. I'll leave the webrev in
place for the curious, but I'll be doing a respin of the work which
*will* include the blkdev and sdcard related changes (because I think
there is still value there), but ddrdrive itself will not be delivering
into OpenSolaris.

I'd love to have some volunteer reviewers. If you're willing to review
any of this, let me know.
I've verified this with both SDcard media (on a Toshiba M9), and the
DDRdrive X1 (which gets excellent performance, although I don't know
if I can state the numbers here.)
Also, I've not yet done a full build, so there is a good chance that
I've missed something. But I wanted to give folks a chance to review
and comment as soon as possible.
