Hello Evi, Your iostat -e|-E is not showing any problems. (Just 10 'device not ready' on the DVD Drive).
More interesting perhaps would be the ouput from #iostat -xndzM 1 ..while the disks are scrubbing, and see if there is anything unusual. What sort of disk controller card(s) are you using?
