Folks, Does mpt_sas work with LSI 9211-8i card? From another post, mpt_sas seems to work with its predecessor 9201-8i.
Also, I would appreciate your help in understanding how I can achieve the following: 1. Get accurate hardware topology - Does mpt_sas work with FMA to build the topology? Is there any other LSI tool to give me the topology? 2. Mapping disks to proper bays - Is there any standard OpenSolaris way of doing this? Or, does LSI provide any such tool? 3. Blinking LEDs on the disk - Is there any standard OpenSolaris way of doing this? Or, does LSI provide any such tool? Thank you in advance for your help. The platform is OpenSolaris x86.
