Is there a strong business need on this? Add side effect on changing
this on fly?
Having a Leadville-to-qlc interface in Solaris is not that hard. If it
is needed with no hurt, we can add that.

From the qlc point of view, that's not possible to do.
There doesn't exist a Leadville-to-qlc interface that would allow a utility
(such as fcadm) to pass new values to the qlc driver.
