Folks, I am looking at Supermicro's Storage Bridge Bay. It has two head units. All the disks are visible to both the units. I am trying to understand what are the possibilities of such a system with ZFS. I am guessing I need to install OpenIndiana on both the head units. But I am not sure if a ZFS disk can be shared between the two OSes. Is anyone using this unit? What can you really do?
