Hi, I have a client that is in need of a better storage solution. They are currently on a low-end EMC product and getting atrocious performance and vendor support has been a big disappointment as well. Their workload seems a good fit for the Unified Storage product, but I haven't worked directly with it myself. Anyone care to share their opinion of the current generation of products and any support experiences with Oracle? How does the product roadmap look (if we know)? Oracle seem interested in selling it still, but I wonder about their commitment to the "commodity" end of the storage market.
