It has been quite a while since the last release of Storm (more than
six months), and we seem to get questions about features that only
exist in the development version (e.g. statement logging).

So it seems like it'd be a good idea to make a new release. While
there are known bugs in the current release, I think the current trunk
is an improvement over 0.12. There are a few improvements that are
just waiting for review and might be worth putting in. Most of them
are listed here:

    https://code.launchpad.net/storm/+activereviews

There are also a few marked as "work in progress" at
https://code.launchpad.net/~storm/storm/trunk/+merges. My
result-randomisation one really is work in progress, but I don't know
about Thomas's binary-and one.

What do others think?

James.
