I've just set up a new PPA to hold automated package builds of Storm's trunk:
https://launchpad.net/~storm/+archive/daily This is not intended to replace the distribution packages, or the existing Storm releases PPA. Instead, it is for people who want to try out the latest unreleased features in Storm and are willing to accept a smaller amount of testing. We do run the test suite before each commit to trunk though, so I wouldn't expect these packages to be unusable. I've currently only set things up to build packages for Oneiric (11.10) and Precise (12.04). I haven't built packages for Lucid (10.04) since the current Debian/Ubuntu packaging I'm using makes use of some features not present in that release. If there is interest though, I guess we can look at changing that. For those interested in the nuts and bolts, these packages are built using Launchpad's recipe system: https://code.launchpad.net/~storm/+recipe/storm-daily Each day, LP will check to see if there are any new revisions in Storm's trunk. If there are, it will build a new source package based on the recipe and submit it to the builders. So things should continue to function should I go on a holiday or something :) James. -- storm mailing list [email protected] Modify settings or unsubscribe at: https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/storm
