Hey all, I'm new to stormix linux, but somewhat
familiar with Redhat, So please keep this in mind when
replying. I have been trying to install Storm Linux
onto a pII 333 with 256 megs of ram, an ATI rage 128
video card, and dual booting with windows 95 on a 6 gb
drive and linux on a separate 8 gb drive. Whenever the
stormix install loader starts, right after it runs the
first two boot files from the boot prompt, then
changes resolution to show the loading graphic, my
screen goes nuts, I can only see the four corners of
the display on the screen, and can barely read the
words. Anybody know a solution for this? I think it
may be the same problem i had with x-windows when i
first got this card, i had to get a new server from
xfree86. Please let me know if this is the issue, and
if there is a workaround.
