[SLU] C Library Version

I am trying to find out what c compiler Storm 1.2 uses.

I apparently need to pick it as a choice between several versions of drivers
for my Voodoo3 card.

Either a simple answer, or a guide to figure out how to find it myself would
be wonderful.
