Except for getting hail wich has the new lilo you could open a console
and use ae to edit /etc/lilo.conf and run lilo manually.
Reallly I don't recall much about rain but this should work and you can
edit the file even after you make the initial config using the graphical
stuff judt before writing the configuration,
