I haven't yet bothered to configure the my Intellimouse in Storm but I've
done it in several other distributions, like this:

Install the program imwheel

Configure the /etc/XF86Config file:
--------------------------
Section "Pointer"
  Device "/dev/psaux"
  Protocol "IMPS/2"
  SampleRate 60
  BaudRate 1200
  ZaxisMapping 4 5
  Buttons 3
EndSection
--------------------------

Run the command:

imwheel

in a terminal

Find a file called xinitrc (I haven't checked where it is in Storm) and
add:

imwheel &

This should do it, in some cases I need to add this 'imwheel &' in the
windowmanagers rc file so that the scroll will work properly.

Let us know how or if this works.

Good luck,
Helgi rn
