I will pick up a new hard drive today and proceed to reinstall Windows on it.  In the 
meantime, I ran scandisk again (the drive was riddled with bad clusters) and was able 
to pull up the  boot menu again, and to restart linux on hdb (my good drive). I 
installed mkrboot and would like to create a set of rescue floppies. Unfortunately, 
the man-page
is a bit sketchy and the doc tells me even less. I couldn't find any examples on the 
web. Any suggestions on how to go about this would be appreciated.
