I'm single user and also newbie (I use linux only one months now)
For my dialup internet connection, I use "pppconfig" command
for setup. Everything alright. In /root I use #pon for connect
#poff for disconnect. and tested with lynx. everything is ok in
my /root .
for my user use I give some command :
# chmod u+s /usr/bin/pon
and add my user in "dip" group.
but when I use user account for daily work and like to get connect
I use $pon
no response . why ? please help me where I make mistake or suggest
what I will do ?
[Storm also offer Kppp & SAT for internet dialing but I like pppconfig
I want to know what's going on in background ]
Please inform which website have all linux mainly debian manpages ?
I want to make printout and try to read it breaktime.
