Yes,upgrade to sid(unstable) or wait 2 weeks if no RC bug is filled
against it.
Meanwhile I would recommend gnome-apt if you're after a graphical
package-manager

Well if you install KDE2 you don't really need qt1 but it won't hurt if
it's there I guess-it's not listed as a conflict for qt2.2,mainly I
guess so you can run old qt apps.
