It seems there's no option in the Storm installer to tell it to use UDT for
the time format. Since I switch drives around a bit, I like to use UDT as
it's easier for me. But after a fresh Hail install on a new drive, it sets
it to local time and I can't remember how to fix it. I know it's doable,
just forget how.
Anyone?
