Yes. When you compile the 2.4 kernel, you can enable backwards-compatibility with ipchains modules, which maintains the integrity of your firewall setup. I would hope (HINT, HINT) that Storm would send out update to the firewall distribution that would implement iptables capabilities. With Storm's reputation, they're bound to be on it already.
