I would suspect that the odd sum has more to do with exchange rates (and perhaps interest due) than anything else. Sad arrogance, I guess, on my part for thinking that Storm was an U.S. company. Unfortunately, I have to confess complete ignorance of Canadian bankruptcy law. I didn't even take bankruptcy when I was in law school.
