[SLU] Greek Console

First, I would like to thank you for your help in a previous problem! :-)
Now, my new question:
Can I write or read greek in a Linux console? I have installed a number of greek fonts 
in my system which I use with X-windows.Are these fonts enough to work with greek in 
console?
