[SLU] dhcp question

I want to get dhcp(server) working on my box.  This box is also my firewall, so
it has 2 nics.  Is there a way to tell or force the dhcp server to use eth1 and
not eth0.  I can  seem to get it.  My internal ip is 172.24.100.???
