As far as I can tell the only 2 major things that may be gone for good
if Stormix
won't make it are : SAS & graphical lilo .Storm Package Manager is part
of Debian,and I think that one can live without initrd for now(it was
poorly documented anyway in Storm proper).
It would be a pitty for Storm to go away but if you learn your way
around a
distro sooner or later you'll have to do the things the "hard way"
bypassing
all of the graphical tools so for now,since Debian woody is not even
frozen
you can't go wrong with Storm,and by the time Debian will have a new
release
you'll know if you stick with Stormix or change your sources and switch
to Debian
or whatever...
