Dear Xavier

Are you interested in introducing an improved stove in Benin?

There is a much improved malgache that was designed for PERACOD in Senegal
that as far as I hear was not disseminated. I have drawings and photos if
you are interested.

The humble malgache is easy to improve, either as a retro-fit or a new
build. You can make a drop-in retro-fit that will improve the fuel
consumption and the heat transfer efficiency - sheet metal.

Regards

Crispin

Actually, charcoal is widely used in Benin, especially in the urban region
where I live (Cotonou)... The goal would be to diminish consumption to more
than 40% compared to the traditionnal "Malgache" stove.
