Gentlemen,

To simplify and clarify names for equipment pushing and pulling gasses into
and out of fires,
biomass stovers may borrow well understood terms from the power, and
propulsion-boiler industry.

A rotating machine pushing combustion air into the fires is always called the
Forced-Draft Blower.
A rotating machine pulling products of combustion out from the fires, is called
the Induced-Draft Fan, or I.D. fan for short.
Please use and enjoy these standard terms other combustion guys have used for a
long time.

When low cost energy to drive these machines is available where the user lives,
the overall size, and weight of the system can be reduced.
 A 1/2 watt electric-driven forced-draft blower will release a very strong heat
from cherry pits. Too big to cook on.

For people whom have no electricity, one solution is to work hard, and build a
masonry chimney for natural draft.
Can they remain long at the improved hearth?
