Thanks for that like John. Biolite has come a long way. It explains their recent quietude! What a lovely product.
Regarding the power generation, there are two other products of interest. There is a pot with a USB port on the end of the handle. I have not found one yet. There are three fans now available for the stove top (to spread heat around) available at Lee Valley stores which I saw today. One is the original that has a fan mounted on a foot that lists off the stove top if it gets too hot. The other two are heavier and flat bottomed and not recommended for wood stoves. They clearly have more power with a larger heat exchanger. Regards Crispin PS John, what's new in your end of technology? -----Original Message----- From: John Olsen <[email protected]> Sender: [email protected] Date: Fri, 2 Dec 2011 07:52:37 To: Stoves<[email protected]> Reply-To: John Olsen <[email protected]>, Discussion of biomass cooking stoves <[email protected]> Subject: [Stoves] just received this on a new camp stove _______________________________________________ Stoves mailing list to Send a Message to the list, use the email address [email protected] to UNSUBSCRIBE or Change your List Settings use the web page http://lists.bioenergylists.org/mailman/listinfo/stoves_lists.bioenergylists.org for more Biomass Cooking Stoves, News and Information see our web site: http://www.bioenergylists.org/ _______________________________________________ Stoves mailing list to Send a Message to the list, use the email address [email protected] to UNSUBSCRIBE or Change your List Settings use the web page http://lists.bioenergylists.org/mailman/listinfo/stoves_lists.bioenergylists.org for more Biomass Cooking Stoves, News and Information see our web site: http://www.bioenergylists.org/
