Good Day all,

Han Lok in Bulawayo Zimbabwe, has this dilemma. I am sure that members of
this list may be able to help him , or refer him to the correct group.

Han also intends to use the wood gas as an LPG replacement for heating, we
have had some discussion on the burners needed. But the big challenge at the
moment is as noted below.

Thanking you,

John Davies.

Dear John, Sorry you had difficulty to hear me I would have liked to talk
with you.

We are struggling to get a engine to run on woodgas we can not get a
continues flare from gasifier.

When we light it it burns then it stops we light it again it stops burning.

When we have a continues flare the engine runs fine but is happens only by
change.

we do not know what we are doing!

You mentioned in a previous email that you may know of a gasifier groep in
South Africa

from which we could get help if you fail.

In Mozambique some one is operating a gasifier using wood and operates it 20
hours each day

however I can not contact him.

Thank you for assistance you have provided in the past,

it is greatly appreciated.

With kind regards han lok
