I have just seen a paper by Amartuvshin Ulziitogtokh who is conducting a workshop at the Chinese testing conference (currently on) which describes the construction and performance of a 200 litre TLUD char maker for dung and several other biomass sources. She can be reached at [email protected] and you can communicate in English. As this is exactly what was being requested a few days ago it will be good to look it up.
