Ron and all,
The CSU study has its full abstract at the Stoves website:
http://stoves.bioenergylists.org/gwpapro0907 Here is the title and
first paragraph. But I did not see any link to the full paper. When
we have the full paper, I will make further comments.

Abstract Improved cooking stoves have been shown to reduce the amount
of fuel used to cook food and the air pollution produced in kitchens.
Reducing deforestation and smoke inhalation have been the primary
motivating factors for the dissemination of improved cook stoves.
Recently, the potential of improved stoves to reduce the effects of
biomass combustion on global warming has become a major interest, as well.

I write to tentatively concur with Paul. Do you (paul or anyone)
have an URL for the CSU
test results?
But this is mostly to ask Frank for more rationale. Jim Jetter will
be reporting values for stoves
that were voluntarily submitted for testing - I presume with knowledge
that the results would be
made public.
I can see some cases where the public would be best served if names
were not associated
with particular results, but still the data could be valuable to all.
Can you tell us more of how to best get and use all of Jim's test
results? Any precedents in the
(your) testing world?
Ron
