I would think the best method of handling large amounts of moist organics to 
make into usable products would be composting. This kills diseases and 
stabilizes the carbon (problems on environment (society). To determine its 
usefulness if made into a biochar I suggest making a sample of Biochar and 
having it tested to determine quality and what might be expected before 
purchase of equipment. We would need more info about the quantity and chemical 
and physical properties of the plant material (and soil?) then what is 
marketable in that area before helping him. But he is thinking along the right 
lines – good for him.

hi all, i am horticulturalist and am working in one of world largest cut flower 
producing company. on this farm a mass green waste is out per day and it drop 
on one area this area is not protected well so the community use this green 
waste material for feeding its cattle and it cause health problem on the
