Have you seen large scale commercial production of charcoal (for cooking)
from coconut shell? What about small scale production --cottage industry
type? Which technology/method of production works best in these conditions?

Is this article available as a separate PDF document? There are so many
aspects of stoves, in fact domestic energy, that are informed by similar
shibboleths it is hard to know where to start.
