Maybe once upon a time when the costs were a few cents or even a dollar a 
gallon maybe 
At 7,8,9,even 10 dollars a gallon they are not convenient or affordable in any 
way for the rural poor here.
AND if not carefully monitored and used they are dangerous and unhealthy
