Did you notice in the picture of the stadium model in last Wednesday's
Pioneer Press opinion piece by Michael Lander.
The moveable roof of the stadium only covers about 33% of the structure.
Heck it doesn't even cover the whole playing field.  It doesn't look like
the shoe fits, at least there.

By the way, ignoring a number of issues I have with the opinion; Here we
have someone speaking of all the glorious accomplishments in Downtown in the
last ten years, without The Pioneer Press identifying the author as one of ,
if not the largest receiver of city subsidies in recent years.  He is also
looking for more help with his new residential projects.  That's not a
particularly objective opinion and should  at least be identified as such.
