Out Website is C4CR.org. We are working to change the legal definition of a corporate charter to allow corporations to recognize their responsibility to the community in which they operate and the people they employ as well as their shareholders. Making money for the shareholders will still be a primary function but corporations will not risk lawsuits from shareholders if they lower the dividends slightly to be responsible to the community and employees.
