Past few days have been a real struggle for me. This circumstance repeat over and over again in my life. This circumstance, unable to gain access for the Deaf. I was suppose to go for Dennis Kucinchi's Dinner party at South St.Paul. I feel anxious to meet all the wonderful people who made the difference. But it doesn't look like I 'll go after all. No interpreter. I already pay for dinner plate. I tried to call headquater both local and national to request for interpreter. I couldn t get the hold of them. I give up. Then I went to Mayor's Council for People with Disablitiy tonight. No intepreter. This woman profusely apologize. I see all sort of disabled people at the meeting and I can't join them. This happen alot and I m thinking about resigning from Mayor s office. Tonight, Im going home and go to block meeting and I m oing to tell them what they need to know then quickly leave because I wont be able to understand them. I m tire. And now going to caucus...no . I dont wanna go. I dont want to be delegate because Im tire and I know they wont have interpreter. Im tire of fighting. Please DO NOT EMAIL ME because I do not want: Oh geezz Im sorry Oh we will fix it Let me see what I can do. I dont want comfort. I dont want apologize. I dont want anything. I will not check e mail for a little while. PLease do not respond until you know you can convince me to believe you it s going to be fix right away and stay that way. Im going to take off for awhile. If you think about pointing fingers at others, Don't. Because it does not matter where I go, it s pretty much everywhere and everybody. Oh yeah... I asked my dad, Corbin Kidder " Dad, have you seen any Deaf person being active with DFL for past 50 years? NO. No wonder why.
