--------------------- 3 - Arts In St. Paul Week

We are in the process of working with the - Arts & Culture Partnership of Saint Paul - to present a week long discussion of "Arts In St. Paul" in the St. Paul Issues forum. Tentatively scheduled for the third week in March.

The purpose of this event would be to do a quick survey of the state of the "arts" in St. Paul and how it contributes towards the civic health of our city.

Some topics of discussion for this week, might include:

  * The role of local government in promoting arts
    in the city
  * Arts in our schools
  * How the arts contribute to civic life
  * Arts in our neighborhood
  * Cost/Benefit calculation for arts programs
  * Public art in our city

WE NEED volunteers to work on this particular event. Please, let me know if you are interested. ( Tim at [EMAIL PROTECTED] )
