MINNESOTA IS WATCHING ORGANIZATIONS

Here's news from members of the Minnesota is Watching Organizing, Education &
Events working group who have been developing a workshop to inform
Minnesotans about the real pain that real service cuts are causing real people and
communities and what to do about it.

We are done creating
the new popular education workshop,
Minnesotas Future: Are we on the right path?

This fun, participatory workshop helps participants think about the kind of
world they'd like to leave their children. They examine decisions that have
been made and whether theyre leading us in the right direction. Participants
discuss what they can do to put us back on the right path.

Were hoping that most, if not all, of the Minnesota Is Watching
organizations will use this new tool with their board, their members, etc.

Were now ready to run the workshop

AND to train you to run it.

Come and see the new workshop
at one of the two following times:

   Thursday, February 26th
   9:00 am - 11:30 am
at Lutheran Social Service
   2485 Como Avenue
   Saint Paul
Room 1C

or

Thursday, March 4th
7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
at Education Minnesota
41 Sherburne Ave
Saint Paul

Once youve seen it,
send your staff, leaders, members, or anyone else
to the Train the Trainer Session:

Monday, March 8th
6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
at Lutheran Social Service
2485 Como Avenue
St. Paul
Room 1C

All that we ask is that you let us know whos coming!
