Yes, it does. It serves the public good of minimizing the affect on a
neighborhood that otherwise would require a lot more assistance than it
gets now. All the West End has ever asked is to not be screwed with --
we're not out here begging for money. We're asking for people to not spew
exhaust and noise on us. Would you rather have us undergo "Urban Renewal"
at public expense?

No, that's completely WRONG. It was a hard fought battle of the West
Enders who fought the powers that are every way they could. The rich
folks on the Hill came in at the last minute as a welcome relief.

Before you start a class war, you might want to check which side you're
on. In this case, YOU are one of the rich bastards trying to cram YOUR
way of life down someone else's throat.

Honestly, in the construction of that thing several thousand homes were
lost forever to our community. There's only one branch of government that
has kicked tens of thousands of people out of their homes, and it is
MnDOT.

And where do they put these roads? Who do they kick out? Is it EVER the
wealthy, do you really think I-35E is where it is because it's next to a
wealthy 'hood? Of course not. They put these roads down Rondo or through
the West End because it's cheaper, and poor people don't raise as much
fuss. They're used to being screwed.

And you? Well, you can bitch about it all you want, but you can still
spew a lot of noxious crap as you whiz by us -- at 45, damnit, at 45.
Bitch all you want. It's not your home that gets the stench, is it?

Check out which side of the class war you're on, man. You really need to
do that.
