Index of SPPS Budget Discussion http://www.e-democracy.org/stpaul/spps-posts.html _________________________________________ The points Paul and Erik bring up are arguments that I like to hear and I think have much more mileage than the tired, hand out for millionaires and billionaires.
So adding more of the xcel center will provide diminishing returns? I can buy that. Claiming "taxation without representation" or having bake sales for billionaires might get in the paper or attract a TV camera but there I see no substance there save for continuation of the rich folk sticking it to the not so rich folk. It's nice to hear some positivity surrounding the xcel center, too. John Harris webber-camden __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
