The difference between sports and the arts is simple. Professional
sports teams are owned by multi-millionaires. Most of their
employees make multiple millions each year. On the other hand, arts
organizations, in most cases are non-profit. Only the best
employees may make a good salary. In most cases the annual salary
is around the state's average.

So why should I pay anything to help someone build a workplace for
his employees when he has the ability to do it himself?

I guess I don't see where 80 people is a significant anti stadium
voice.

As a like long union member 98 percent DFL voter 38 year St. Paul
resident I
am reaching the point of when I (white, male, sport enthuasist,
music fan,
arts fan and SUPPORTER) am about ready to say enough is enough.

As a retired person I watch my pennies but if I have to support the
arts why
do I not have the opportunity to have some sports.

Dave Thune should do some soul searching. I beleive he benefited
from some
taxpayers money in the past and I don't mean wages.

The spelling may not be up to snuff but I hope you get the drift.
