Of course, part of the problem is that in a bewildering variety of cases, it 
ISN'T the same thing as last year .... new discoveries keep changing 
particular situations from the case where we can tell you what ails you and how long 
you have to live, period, to the case where we have an expensive therapy which 
will cure you or extend your life.   If enough new discoveries and therapies 
are becoming available, it's possible that an 18% increase in cost is a real 
bargain.   But even if true, we still have to decide who's going to pay.
