How is it that this scam that benefits mostly the people who own land near them got started? Pure graft, that's how. And if you're in the way, they chase you out of your own home! Road building is a total scam. People just want to dictate to us how and where we can live, nothing more -- and they make sure that while the working people of the city pay with their very homes, the rich suburbanites benefit handsomely. It's just like the stadium -- money for those with connections from those who could use it best. We need to get government out of transportation decisions once and for all!
