Speaking of city council resolutions. Yesterday, the city council passed a resolution apologizing to Native Americans in St. Paul for a failure to properly notify them of opportunities to participate on the Chief of Police search committee.


I also notice, that a Latino member was added to the committee after complaints that no Latino's were included on the original committee.
