We should set up a pool. The person who can guess how many hours GSE is going to shut down for (aka go into standyby mode to do maintenance).
We could sell the chances for like a buck a piece, with 70% of the purse going to St. Paul Forum.
We could try and sell the tickets to the city council, and state legislator, demonstrating that we were screwed again, when sold the idea that they would be shut down (aka standby mode) for the whole 3 day (holiday) weekend.
For those of you that think I have an unfair advantage, because of noise monitoring. I could disqualify myself. I could share that for the thanks giving weekend it was a little oveer 24 hours. Your welcome to check the noise readings yourself. http://www.tnss.com/noise_stink and enter the dates you would like to see.
Or we could start a pool, on how many thousands of dollars the State of Minnesota will pay per ton of pollution from ethanol plants. We need to redefine how the legislator / public views these pennies per gallon, and convert them into thousands of dollars per ton of pollution. So that giving subsadies, is pro-rated based on efficiency of the plant, not on gross output. Doing it solely based on gross output, is a gross diservice to the state, and the communities where these plants operate.
