In my opinion the case shouldn't be closed for constituents that want to
make certain such nonsensical behavior doesn't occur again at an open
forum.
I am not certain what next steps should be, but I believe the report can
be forwarded to a higher authority and we'll see if they agree with the
lower opinion.
I am researching what next steps should be taken.
