Corrections
1) I have never asked anyone to pay me for any work, or equipment that I use to monitor enviormental conditions.
2) The noise data has been available to everyone, and anyone for any day they choose to look at once its posted to my web server. Which was probably Jan 2001. (Even though Mr. Unger didn't want me too)
3) Even if I wanted to accept cash donaitions I can't. I don't have a non profit set up for it.

What I have asked for, and what I have offered.
1) Any type of enviomental monitoring equipment, loan, or give away.
I) I will provide any programing free, if not provided to aquire the data, put it in a database, and present it on the web for all to see.
What is CASE's current position on GSE, Mediation, or Shutdown
1) If it is mediation they will gaurantee the city of St. Smell will loose more money in sewer, and property taxes than if they used eminit domain to buy out GSE now.
2) If it is Shutdown, why are they not using the consitant, deliberate violation of our civil rights to due process to force the city / state to do the right thing?
3) If the surpreme court case rules in favor of the platiff, that will mean Ramsey County will be liable for damages for the mismanaged composte site.
a) Do you think GSE liability when its all over will be any different?
