AND THE ANSWER IS................... C and all of the above too, but more important due to HOMELAND SECURITY no one can see the EMP (Emergency Management Plan) unless you make an appointment and go to Chicago. I am told that the CEO (who ever that is on a given day) has them, but he too is barred by FEDERAL LAW not to show them to anyone.. Not sure if that includes the Fire Chief of not.
