Last week I posted a couple questions I'll repeat because I never saw an answer.
1. What's the process for the smoking ban under consideration? Is it a city council resolution, and if so when will they vote on it? Is it a legislature issue, and if so when will they vote on it? Will it be going on the fall ballot as a measure sent to the voters? I think Thune mentioned the process a couple months ago (something about reading it at two meetings, then having a discussion, then a vote?)
2. What's the penalty under consideration for violating the proposed smoking ban?
